The Nicholas Postgate Catholic Academy Trust is working in partnership with Caterlink, an award winning catering provider, to provide an improved service to our schools.
We hope that this new partnership will bring many benefits to our school families including:
- New healthy menus with increased choice including vegan options
- The use of fresh, seasonal and local ingredients wherever possible
- A high quality & professional dining experience for pupils.
Our new school meals will cost £2.70 per day. The menus run on a 3 weekly cycle although will be reviewed and updated as appropriate to best meet the needs of the children in our school. Pupils can see the menus on display around school.
We are really excited about this new partnership with Caterlink. There are lots of plans in the pipeline to further enhance the dining experience for our pupils. This includes the appointment of an Executive Head Chef who will drive innovation and quality in the menu options across all schools and also facilitate curriculum delivery, providing support with learning around food and healthy eating.
